I have sent two emails regarding my holiday booking and no one has responded so I think I will cancel!

Unfortunately, we can find no correspondence to our Customer Service address. If you could please email customerservices@holidaygems.co.uk they will always be able to assist with any query. If you have emailed any other address these may be unmanned or, if the sales agent, may be on days off.

Problems that hotel shut early last year in Kos. Was upgraded to another hotel.. Whenever I've called Holiday Gems..always great service and helpful.
