It was all done online but it was strait forward and easy and all docs were sent over strait away, the package deal seems just what we was looking for if not more

You will appreciate that we book as agents and do not divulge our client's addresses. We have followed the correct process and can find no issue with the check-in. We do hope, that despite the issue, you were able to have a great holiday.
