Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

The customer service person was helpful pleasant and earned my business in a matter of minutes. The price was reasonable and he called me back as he said he would. Thank you.

Thank you for this feedback, and for your business. We've really worked hard to try and reinvent the process of getting business insurance - in addition to still delivering all the things you expect from your insurer. I'm delighted, but not surprised, to hear our advisor went that extra mile for you and will ensure that I find out who this was and let them see your feedback. Kevin Kerridge Director

Mike - thanks for the feedback. I was disappointed to see that we dropped the ball in our responsiveness. I'm assuming that you've now placed your coverage elsewhere, but if there were an opportunity to restore your faith in our ability to deliver first class service I'd welcome the challenge. If this is of interest then please fell free to email me at kevin.kerridge@hiscox.com. Again, we appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to improve. Kevin Kerridge Director
