Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. We did try to contact you to reassure you that we have taken positive steps internally to speed up responses and remove the need for chasing up information requested.
We have expanded all our internal departments with more account managers to spread customers out more fairly in what has been massive increase in demand and enquiries for our vehicles. We are now more confident than ever that all customers will receive the fantastic customer service we pride ourselves on.
