We are of course happy to oblige, but we will always be happy to hear from those who prefer a more personal approach on the telephone - so please feel free to call as often as you'd like.

I would have ticked 'Excellent' except that they seemed to forget that I was awaiting their response while they contacted the owner of the property to agree to my taking a dog.
