Hi Ken, Lovely to speak to you before and I am so sorry DPD failed to deliver all of your plants. As discussed on our call I have arranged for another 5 x Photinia plants to be sent out for delivery next Wednesday, and you will be able to complete your hedge. I have also refunded your delivery charge, and as an apology I have raised a credit note against your account. Great hedging with an added bonus
Brilliant. Part of my order was a blackcurrant bush 40/60cm tall. The delivered one was 170! Looking forward to a lot of jam next year! Griselinia in excellent condition. Delivered on time

40-60 pot grown beech.
The plants were very healthy and of equal development. The process was let down by the delivery firm. The boxes had had a rough ride somewhere along the way (not the fault of Hedges Direct)
