We understand your concern, especially since you contacted customer support immediately after noticing the duplicate order and were advised that the cancellation had been completed. Unfortunately, if an order has already entered the fulfillment or shipping process, there can be instances where a cancellation request is not successfully applied before dispatch, resulting in the item being shipped despite the cancellation request. Because both items were shipped, our system requires the duplicate item to be returned once delivered so that a refund can be processed. We realize this is not the outcome you expected after being informed that the cancellation was complete, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and the extra effort this has caused.
