I am sorry to hear your purchase didn't arrive in time.
I've had a look at your order and found that the dispatch note on the product page specifies that limited edition prints will be dispatched within 5-10 business days and delivery will be an additional 3-7 business days.
hardtofind. is a marketing platform and all our seller handle shipping directly, which is why the dispatch and delivery terms can vary from product to product. Not all our sellers offer express post, but if the option is available, you can select it at check-out.

This is an identical response to the one I received via email. I attempted to to select the express option at checkout and was unable to do so which was frustrating and perhaps ensuring all of your suppliers offer this is something to consider in future. Further, there is a significant difference between 5 business days and 10 for processing orders as well as 3 to 7 business days for delivery which means potentially a purchaser may be waiting one and a half weeks through to three and half weeks to receive their goods which is extremely ambiguous as well as unusual in the internet marketplace where large companies can deliver goods within 24-48 hours. Such excessive processing and delivery times are a great disincentive when purchasing. As I previously mentioned, I would instead contact the seller directly and not bother using this marketing platform in the future as well as look for other companies that can process and deliver their goods with greater expedience.
