Quick and efficient
Account easy to open online, I had a couple of queries, asked one by email and the other on the phone, both answered promptly, very little waiting on the phone.

Service was prompt with mail in the post without delay but like most other financial institutions, banks etc., to day the online method leaves the customer with no-one with whom they can personally...
