I have still not received my purchase so my experience so far is very bad. Where is it?

Good morning Mr Haden-Scott and thank you for your order for your tailored car cover, It clearly explains in the product information that the tailored covers are bespoke and made to order with a delivery time of 3-4 weeks plus christmas this will be more like 4-5 weeks. So your feedback of poor produce and service is rather harsh. The fefo request is an automated service and I am not able to change it for each product.

Fancy asking for feedback on a purchase when the product hasn't arrived yet!! You have my money, you didn't say don't pay until the product is in stock alternatively you can return my money and I will shop elsewhere. let me know.

With any bespoke item that is made to the customers specification payment is always made at the time of purchase as we are making the cover for you and would be difficult to sell to anyone else.
If you are not happy to wait for your bespoke item we do have two variants of semi-fitted indoor cover available for immediate delivery if you would like to have another look at our website and let me know which cover you would prefer.

Thank you. I am happy to wait a few weeks more but don't expect to receive any more feedback emails until the item has been delivered.
Excellent service and very helpful.Offereerd a discount without prompting as well.
Have used before and will use again.
Good product as well except for the elastic fixing bands

This was meant for Christmas - it is not in stock and I must wait until January!
