I am sorry to read that you didn't get on with this hair clay. It's one of our best selling hair styling products so I am surprised that you didn't like it at all. I have spoken to the brand behind it and they have suggested that you try applying it will warm damp hands, this usually helps to make the clay more pliable. Hope that helps, please let me know how you get on! Vic x
