After purchasing on-line they should allow us to board the bus directly with the voucher, instead of having to go and stand in line 15 minutes at the visitor center.
Information could have been clearer.
.. where to switch the evoucher and which gate... information on website for gate is incorrect.... everyone going on the coach was confused

Online ticket purchase process was confusing. Agent at check in location was not friendly, seemed to be annoyed by having to print tickets. Other employees were also not friendly. Long lines to board...
