Filthy, degraded bus with very limited views (windows dark, pixellated and very few of them) and strange guide who couldn't be heard because the PA system was so poor. Nothing like Gray Line New York...

I had to wait thirty minutes in a line to pick up my tickets. It would have been a lot quicker to purchase them on the street for the same prices. There is no point to buying them online.
The online booking process was pretty easy to use. I had a question and I emailed Gray line, but I received no response from them. I ended up calling to get my answer.
