Thank you for your feedback. It is truly regrettable that you found our service lacking. The arrangement for the scheduled departure from airport is that our staff will meet you inside the arrivals hall and guide you to our bus parking that is 2-3 minute walk from the airport exit. Your booking was made for the first scheduled departure of the afternoon at 15:30 if you arrived much earlier, than a wait until departure can of course be tiring. We will certainly remind our driver to be more attentive to our passengers and a friendly gesture is of course what our employees must have towards our visitors to Iceland and more so to our customers. Very sorry to see that you felt that our driver was unfriendly. As for the return to airport on your departure, the first available scheduled departure was booked at 04:30 and according to GPS tracking of our bus, you were collected on time and bus arrived on time at the airport at around 05:15 - if your flight was at 06:00 this is too short of a time and a different type of transport should have been booked. I do hope that your visit with us in Iceland was otherwise pleasant

Thank you for writing your review of our airport transfer service. The confirmation voucher indicates when the pickup from hotels and tour bus stops will commence and the actual departure of the transfer from Reykjavik. According to your reservation this was during the pickup time shown on your voucher and the vehicle departed on time listed. We allow ample time for the transfer that can take 45-55 minutes but at this early departure much less. I do hope that your visit to Iceland was otherwise pleasant and the tours you joined enjoyable that also show the timing indicated in the booking information as being within the time listed
