The city of Reykjavik transit authorities have allocated tour bus stops nearby most hotels in the city center that are located on restricted to small vehicles only. The tour bus stop allocated for your accommodation is listed on the confirmation voucher. Unfortunate that this caused inconvenience for you. All tour bus stops except #6 and #13 require extra fees. Glad you found our staff polite and all went well in the end

Thank you for posting your review of our airport transfer service. The City of Reykjavik has restricted traffic of larger vehicles on the shopping street of Hotel Alda where you stayed. The allocated pickup location is further up the street a 3-4 minute walk. It is truly unfortunate that this caused inconvenience for you.
