Thanvk you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that you found our voucher confirmation confusing. The booking shows pickup time from the selected hotel our tour bus stop and then the actual departure time from the city. The pickup time is the time you need to be at the location selected, the pickup can take 10-15 minutes depending on the route the shuttle takes. Normally we do not phone passengers unless there is a major change and the booking in need of amendment. Not all departures have large number of passengers and therefore monitoring who has not come to the selected location can be a challenge but we try our best to ask drivers to go around once more in case passengers are late. I hope you have enjoyed your visit with us in Iceland otherwise
