Thank you for your feedback. According to booking the pickup requested was at 07:30 and our driver was there waiting for over one hour according to GPS indicators on his vehicle. It was later known that your flight arrived much earlier than expected and you were not aware that you had originally booked 07:30 departure and already secured another vehicle one hour earlier. It is regrettable that you were not able to wait for the original booking time you made resulting in this inconvenience.

Thank you for your feedback. It is truly regrettable that a misunderstanding occurred and the tour was overbooked and this was discovered very late as you were to be collected enroute. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and of course a different day would be offered, regrettably you were not able to participate later. The refund was issued shortly afterwards
