Thank you for your feedback. It is regrettable that you were inconvenienced upon disembarking far away from the permitted parking of our bus. The distance to walk can be the length of the cruise liner that seem to be ever increasing in size not to mention if there are more than one docking at the pier. Glad we were able to accommodate you and send another vehicle to collect you. It is unfortunate that our guide was not to your liking as on this long ride between the 3 main locations on the tour can be a challenge but our guides try and keep our visitors informed about the locations and history of the places visited that are some of our best loved nature sites. I do hope that you enjoyed your visit with us on your short visit

Thank you for your feedback. It is regrettable that you were inconvenienced due to the street closures during the Reykjavik Marathon on August 20th. We did send out announcements to this effect offering alternative pickup location but we did not receive a reply to our message. A message from you was received to partial cancellation but our staff did not receive a response either to which part of your booking was needed to cancel. As we now have established that you wanted to cancel the return to airport booking, we have refunded this part that you did not use. Our sincere apologies for the misunderstanding and confusion with the arrangements of your transfers
