Thank you for the feedback. Our shuttles are marked with both Gray Line and Airport Direct logos and the driver would have your name listed, very sorry you did not approach. The terminal you mention would certainly take your ticket valid but I suspect that you went to the BSI bus station instead of our terminal. It is regrettable that a misunderstanding occurred and you were not able to use your transfer with us

Thank you for writing about your experience with our shared airport shuttle. As your hotel is within the radius of no heavy traffic you were assigned the nearby tour bus stop that was listed on your confirmation voucher. Regrettably you did not notice this and waited at the hotel instead. As a gesture of good will we have refunded your booking that you will see reflected on your credit card statement in a few days
