Thank you for your comments. It is truly unfortunate that your luggage got wet as we have been having heavy rain recently and water can accumulate even on the bus parking area.  Care should always be given to passenger´s luggage and having clothing wet at the start of a holiday is certainly annoying. Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience, your report has reached our coach manager for follow up.

We have been operating Northern Lights tours for more than 15 years, and during this time we have been able to gather experience and local knowledge that we use in order to give us the best chances of finding the Northern Lights. Every day in wintertime our experts look at reports and forecasts from meteorological offices, and if we think there is a chance of finding the Northern Lights that evening, we will go out to search for them. When darkness has fallen, we get in touch with local contacts in different areas in the South West of Iceland, to get up to date information first hand. Unfortunately the weather forecasts are not always accurate regarding the cloud cover.
