We are sorry to hear your tour had some delays upon departure but would like to assure you that your schedule was not affected in any way. Your pick up arrived in time. Pick up started at 11:30 and driver arrived at 11:45. Pick up can take up to 30 min and driver have this time to go all over Reykjavik to pick the customers up. You had a booking for Golden Circle 12:00 departure so it was impossible for the driver to arrive at 08:45. At each location customers get from 30min up to 1h time to visit, depending on the group dynamic, so a 40 min time at Thingvellir is on point. The pick up from Secret Lagoon was on the way back to Reykjavik and on schedule so it did not affect your return time. The Golden Circle tour is 7,5h long itself, adding the pick up and drop off time along with any other unforeseen delays throughout the day (traffic, late customers at the sights, etc), so being 8h on a tour is correct. We hope that overall you enjoyed the Golden Circle as much as the South Coast tour and we are looking forward having you back on board.

Upon checking the records we can see that your driver was at the pick up point at 02:30, when your pick up started, and waited for you for 5 minutes. It also seems that you sent us an email the day prior your transfer to which we replied asking for your booking number to assist you, but we never heard back again. We regret that you missed this transfer and we hope you made it at the airport in time.
