Please accept our apologies for the delay you experienced with your order. We can see the order was initially scheduled for delivery on the Saturday, however due to an administration error the delivery was booked for the Monday. As the order was already with the courier for delivery to yourself and we were unable to contact the courier until 8.30 on the Monday we would not have been able to cancel the order at that stage. As we were unable to cancel the order we were unable to refund the order in case the delivery had been completed prior to us contacting the courier. We can see the delivery was completed at 8.29 on the Monday, which is before the couriers office opened for us to speak to them. We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.
