There was a delay with the grass samples being sent out as 3 out of the 5 were not in stock and they wanted me to re order however after an email being sent to them they quickly sent them out to me.

We apologise that the delivery of your order did not meet your expectations. For larger orders, we require customers to be present to assist our driver on the delivery day. This information can be found on our website under the Delivery Information section, which we encourage our customers to read before placing an order.
We understand that this may require some planning; therefore, we call a couple of days in advance to confirm the delivery date. Additionally, we send an email with a three-hour time slot the day before the scheduled delivery. In both communications before delivery, we advise that assistance will be needed.
A member of our Customer Care Team will reach out to learn more about what happened on the delivery date and to see if we can work towards a more satisfactory outcome.
