Expensive postage costs
Poor quality but I guess you get what you pay for as it was only cheap.
Postage cost of £20 was very expensive!!

Prices currently range from £4.49 per square meter for our basic options to over £20.00 per square meter for our premium selections. We also provide a free sample service, allowing customers to view the grass physically before making a purchase. The nominal £1 delivery charge is refunded on orders placed, and we encourage our customers to order samples before committing to a full order.
We have a 60-day returns policy in place should our customers wish to return items. If the items are in their original state and have not been altered, we can discuss return options.
Delivery fees are standard across most UK postcodes for orders under £249.00, and we regularly review these fees to ensure we are offering the best rates to our customers.
