Based on the feedback from the customer team this ticket was initially booked as basic economy without luggage.We had some issues with your original booking so we re-issued the tickets once again. Misleading information.
I felt information misleading when the airline advertised is Swiss Air and finding out the United is the carrier. Information needs to be clearer
