I have recommended Gladstone Brookes to a number of friends . The only reason I did not give five stars is because I received phone calls and forms relating to the same claim more than once .

The whole process took a lot longer than you said it would. I received very few updates, I had to ring you to get updates. When I received my payout, the barrage of phone messages, texts and letters...
