Communication and app very simple and fast. They seem to really appreciate customer loyalty and reward you for it I haven't had to claim yet so can't comment on that. But very happy so far

Don’t select auto renewal !

When a customer de-selects auto renewal, do as they say and do NOT do it. Very disappointing service.
