I searched for this type of coverage for a single event & it doesn't seem like anyone offers it for many types of events, including motorsports, and for qualifying types of events the cost was half as much for 5 days as this cost for a whole year. I was really happy to find it! I signed up last minute & needed evidence for my event director, so I was annoyed that the first thing I received was a request to rate my customer experience. It seems like a payment confirmation or instructions how to access my policy would've been more appropriate. I didn't receive either in an e-mail, you have to log in to find them.
