Xmas trip went like a lead balloon.!!

FlyDirects service is second to none, used them many times and the service is always first class,but on this flight with "Smartwings" with found it very cramped and uncomfortable,not a pleasant...

Issue with plane on return journey but overall much less stressful than having to travel to England for onward flights.

Flight there and back was very comfortable. No free refreshments as on BA city flights but we did get a free drink of water and there was a pay snack/drinks trolley. Flight attendants on both...
