Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

Excellent stay in Tenerife

Excellent throughout from time of booking to journey home. The manner in which our return journey delay was dealt was much appreciated and handled most efficiently.

Mr Jones, firstly I apologise for the error in your name, I will need to investigate further as to why this is incorrectly displaying!. It does sound like you had a wonderful time in Tenerife and I am glad to hear that our customer service team were a great help when it came to the delays incurred as a result of Storm Eowyn. We look forward to welcoming you on a future FlyDirect holiday soon!

Disappointing

Disappointed. Not sure the convenience of this direct flight ,on this airline, justified the cost.
