Not sure who to blame here , the trip out was a total disaster, I know the weather didn't help that day but to sit on a plane for an hour and a half while they decide what to do with the excess...

A direct flight is a bonus

On board drinks and a snack provided free which is a bonus. No inflight magazine or reading material.

I can only apologise for the delays you incurred at the start of your trip, this was down to issues with loading the bags and wheelchairs in Ronaldsway and we hope that this doesn't deter you form choosing to travel with us at FlyDirect again.
