Missed take off time slots there & back due to technical faults with plane.

Not much communication from crew . PA system was broken on plane so stuck on runway for over an hour! Couldn't fix it so took off anyway!!

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry that you encountered delays on both legs of your journey. The outbound delay was due to Air Traffic Control restrictions, and the return flight was held whilst a minor technical issue was checked to ensure everyone’s safety, unfortunately, both were outside the airline’s control. We are already in discussions with Smartwings to improve communication between cabin crew and clients so that you are better informed in future. We hope to welcome you on a future FlyDirect flight or holiday under smoother circumstances.

Nice location and clean hotel

Excellent communication except that the taxi pick up on arrival was outside the airport terminal and I was looking inside where all the other drivers were waiting

Thank you for your review, as you have highlighted the Sol don Pablo is one of 3 sister hotels that are classed as a resort on the promenade/seafront on the outskirts of Torremolinos. Clients staying at any of the hotels have access to the 5 different restaurants, and 6 outdoor pool options within all 3 hotel properties. I am sorry to hear that you had issues with the noise levels within the dining room and I will pass your feedback onto the resort. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team should you wish to book another FlyDirect holiday, and they can advise of a more suitable property should you rather be more central to the town centre or marina etc.
