Very dissapointed with room in annex overlooking car park been to this hotel 6 times with fly direct and always a battle to move rooms Being a regular in this hotel expected a decent room

All bookings are confirmed by an email that contains a link to all of our travel information pages, however I have checked your booking history and it seems that this wasn't dispatched at the time of booking, for which we apologise.
