Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

Thank you very much for sending us in your feedback, I will be passing your comments on to our partners in Spain and I can only apologise for the delays your experienced at the check-in desks. They have been instructed to open at 2.5 hours prior to the flight departure so I will investigate as to why this wasn't the case on your return journey. We hope that you choose to travel with us at FlyDirect on another occasion.

Convenience is great

Already mentioned in flight service, complimentary on return was abysmal. Everything rushed. No update from crew on progress, weather etc
