Many Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. Our pricing for the Puente Real Hotel is provided directly by the hotel and we have no control over rates or early booking offers that they offer elsewhere. I am sorry that you felt it wasn't good value. We would always encourage our clients to shop around before making their final accommodation decision. We will pass on your comments regarding cleanliness to the hotel and consider it in our annual review of properties that we offer.
