Hotel transfer problems

The flight and hotel were fine, however I think the Gran Costa, Adeje is more a 4 star than a 5*. We had a problem with the transfers to hotel and back again. In your paperwork you said to meet the...

Many Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your transfer. Our transfers are provided by Destination Services, who are a section of TUI. We are trying to establish with them why your details were not on their list as they should have been. On return transfer details should have been communicated to you via the hotel, and our office are also able to provide them. We are sorry that this information didn't reach you. If you have a receipt for your taxi transfer please forward it to us and we will arrange a refund. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.

Thanks for your reply, there is a problem with the transfers so hopefully you can resolve for future customers. We didn’t get a taxi receipt which is fine. I have changed rating to a 4*. Thanks

Thank you for your kind words and recommending us to others. Flying direct from Guernsey to Tenerife is a possibility that we may consider in the future. For now, we offer direct flights from Guernsey to Majorca throughout the Summer.
