Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

Disappointing

Overall a good experience but major drawback was not being able to consume alcohol and we were inform it was a CITH decision. It was like being treated as children. Very disappointing

Many Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the challenges faced by airports everywhere at the moment are having an affect on onboard service availability on some routes, and for this summer we took the decision to offer something that we could confidently guarantee across our flights, rather than a service that we may promise but then not always be able to deliver on. Given the short duration of our flights we didn't anticipate this being a significant problem, however we are very sorry that you were disappointed.

Excellent trip. Travel was very easy. Venue very good standards

Overall very good. Only flaw was private transfer. Wasn’t easy to find assistance and then had to wait approx 45 mins which private transfer is not really acceptable

Thank you for you feedback. Flying direct and hassle-free is the way to go! We do apologise for the inconvenience cause with the transfer, however delays and disruptions happening lately at the airports are affecting this service too. We hope this issue didn't stop you from having a wonderful holiday in sunny Majorca.
