Hvem kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse?

Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Actual flight and service was very good Delays both ways but kept updated with reasons and timescales so not an issue Please change the chocolate brownie snack It was awful!

Direct flight avoids overnighting in UK.

Helpful English speaking hotel staff. Early start required for return flight with pick up at hotel at 0315 CET but this meant that with direct flight 0730 from Palma after time change I arrived at...

I would say, however, that it would be useful to point out in the pre-flight information that buggies and golf clubs etc do not arrive on the same carousel as the luggage. It came on carousel 17 which is right the other end of the baggage hall. We did not know this and was extremely upsetting for some families with small children to not know what was happening, where to go etc. My suggestion is that if this is standard then it should appear in the pre flight information.

I would recommend them and to leave home to getting to Majorca the same day was brilliant not having to go to the Uk a no brainier for me. More flights to other destinations would be fantastic.

When we finally got there, the hotel was fine.

Many Thanks for feedback. We are sorry that you experienced a delay to your outbound flight, which had a knock-on effect on your transfer. As the flight arrived in Majorca 2 hours and 40 minutes later than scheduled I'm afraid this does not fall into the parameters for airline compensation. I have checked our booking confirmation from the hotel which confirms departure 10th September, I'm therefore sorry to hear that there was some confusion on check-in. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.
