Excellent holiday and service, just a little problem at Ronaldsway.

Service at Ronaldsway and help from Tui rep at Palma airport were excellent. Hotel was great. Taxi pickup on return spot on time. Flights both ways were excellent and staff very attentive.

As you mentioned, unfortunately there was a significant delay on your day of departure, due to storms in Majorca and the plane having to divert to Glasgow for the engineers to inspect the aircraft.
