Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

First class all round. 5*+

From booking to end of holiday everything was perfect. Ease of booking and price is reasonable considering we check in at Jersey and collect our cases at destination. What could be better than that.

A great service

The service was very good, it was a great way to travel. It was so much easier to fly directly instead of having to fly the Gatwick first.

Easy to book and reasonably priced when you look at the cost of flying to the UK and then onwards to Portugal. Because of the Island we usually go out the day before so you can add in the cost of...

A little confusing as when we flew out of Jersey, there was no complimentary food or drink but on the return journey there was. Not sure why but would be useful to know. Thank you.

Thank you for your review, your April flights to Tenerife were operated by our partners at Smartwings and a "Buy on Board" service should of been provided on both legs of the journey, so that our clients had a option to purchase refreshments. As always the on-board service is subject to availability and at the time perhaps, there was an issue with loading the catering in Tenerife so instead of allowing clients to purchase food and drink they may have made a decision to offer something complimentary on your return journey. We do hope that you choose to book and travel with FlyDirect on another occasion.
