Hvem kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse?

Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Hvordan verificerer vi anmeldelser?

The whole process was superbly efficient. Only criticism is that we paid for extra leg room, but found our seats had not been reserved.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you didn't receive your extra legroom seats as ordered. We will investigate what went wrong, but in the meantime I have refunded the supplement that you paid back to your card, and this should be back with you in a few days time.

No, no - we did get our seats, but had to ask the hostess once onboard on the way out and enter a discussion at the check in counter on the way back. Initially they said they couldn’t amend the seats. No need for a refund, but thank you.

booking was easy with good customer service only problem the outward flight was delayed with poor announcements screens showing flight on time after the stated take off time this i understand...
