Loved flying direct thank you

Overall excellent only criticism would be Delays on each flights of 2 hours out and 1hour on return. Only being able to get 1 drink on a 3 hour flight and no food options maybe make clearer to...

Check in at both airports was poor with initially only person being on duty. Also there was a lack of information about the delays. The flight itself was excellent with good service on board....

Everything that was organised was very good from the flights to the transport to and from the hotel. However both flights were late leaving Jersey and Spain

It is indeed correct that all assistance is being requested with the airline and consequently handled by airport staff from the point of check-in who are responsible of looking after the client and guide them through the airport on departure and arrival.The airport rep is on hand to welcome clients, assist with locating their transfers and help in case of any issues upon arrival. We are pleased to hear that the assistance went smoothly and you had a positive and hopefully stress-free experience being looked after by the appointed airport staff.
