We welcome all your feedback, and we will pass on your comments to the airline regarding the food offerings. We apologise if the check-in staff separated your family in regard to the seating plan on board, this shouldn't have happened and if you'd have talked on the staff on the flight, they would have been able to move your seats so you could have sat together. We hope that you will travel with FlyDirect again in the future.

Thank you for your email, I have had a look at your booking this morning and have seen that you didn't book transfers with your holiday, the re is is always an option to add either shared or private transfers for our FlyDirect programmes in Tenerife so I apologise if this wasn't explained during your booking process. If you had made contact with us when you were in resort we could of helped to arrange a transfer for your return journey. We do hope that apart from the transfer issues you had a good week away and look forward to welcoming you on a future trip if you choose to use us again - Thanks - FlyDirect

Thank you very much for your comments it is nice to hear that overall you had a good winter break. Unfortunately we do have a slightly lower luggage allowance on our winter routes (over the summer routes) due to the larger aircraft with load restriction that is required to get our clients to the Canary Islands. We hope to welcome you on-board a future FlyDirect service.
