Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your hotel in Tenerife. I am sorry to hear that the hotel did not live up to your expectations and the comments regarding the evening entertainment and atmosphere within the property will be passed back to them. This hotel is located right on the edge of the resort of Playa Pariso and is a quiet resort, should you wish to travel with us in the future please speak with our team members who can advise the best areas/hotels that are suited for young families. Unfortunately the hotel smoking policy is out of our control and the rules have to be followed of the property you are staying at. Many Thanks - FlyDirect
