Hvordan indsamles Feefo-anmeldelser?

Good going

Very good indeed. The outward flight was on time and the same was true of the return. A comfortable one-class flight with good legroom.

The only downside was the very poor service at the I.O.M airport. It took nearly 1 hour to get our luggage.

Thank you for your feedback, regarding your stay and experience on your holiday. Firstly it is a shame to hear that certain things in your room didn't work, and we will pass on all comments to the hotel in question. It is shocking to hear that you experienced harassment and felt this wasn't taken seriously at the time. The safety of our customers is paramount, if you felt the need we hoped you would of made contact with us or our emergency number in Spain so we could of assisted you. I can only apologise and hope that if needed we can assist you going forward with any future travel arrangements - FlyDirect
