Hvem kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse?

Kun kunder med købsbevis kan skrive en Feefo-anmeldelse. Det sikrer vi ved at tage kontakt til køberne lige efter deres transaktion.

Delays Both Ways.

'Planes delayed both directions, on the way to Portugal due to incoming flight being late (by 2+ hours), on the return by more caused by an inability to empty the tank for the 'loos!

Love these direct flights!

Excellent, flight was very comfortable, on time and only 2 hours, perfect. Just wish the return flight from Faro wasn't so early. 8am meant a very early start.

Thank you for your feedback, I do apologise for the delay your encountered at Palma airport on your return journey, the delay was an operation issue with BA CityFlyer and crew requiring mandatory rest period prior to the flight. time. I am unsure why this wasn't communicated clearly with the clients in Palma and will pass this on to the operations team at the airport for investigation. We hope that you choose to travel with us at FlyDirect on a future occasion.
