As far as I know, my friend has still not received his gift. I am very disappointed it was ordered on the 24th for a 25th delivery which they offered. Today is the 31st and it has still not shown up...

Level of service is great. The communication and update throughout out up to the point of delivery was excellent and gave me confidence that the flowers would be delivered

The recipient was not in when the birthday flowers were delivered and the flowers were taken to the local sorting centre instead of being left with a neighbour. The recipient had to go and collect...
