I am pleased to read your comments regarding our professional service. I am sorry to hear that you sometimes struggle to get in contact with your Personal Finance Manager (PFM). During busy periods we do offer the option of speaking to another PFM, or alternatively leaving a message for your PFM to return your call. To help keep you up to date with the progress of your Debt Management Plan, we have introduced GP online, an online portal that allows you to view details of your plan, keep track on its progress, review your income and expenditure, request envelopes and much more. If there is an alternative means of communication that is better suited to your needs, or if you would like to register for GP Online, then please let us know.
