Hi Reta,
Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed with OvuSense.
I have taken a look at your account and unfortunately the reason the App has not been able to confirm ovulation for you is because you have not been wearing the sensor correctly. In order to predict and confirm ovulation, the Sensor must be worn overnight from the day after you finish bleeding until you get confirmation of ovulation. The Sensor was only worn for 3 nights in your last cycle and as the App confirms ovulation with 99% accuracy, it simply cannot do this with only 3 days worth of temperature data. If you would like some additional support, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team via the website and we will be happy to provide some guidance on Sensor use and the OvuSense app.
