Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We do utilise an initial automated response to provide customers with immediate information and self-service options while they await assistance. However, we also have dedicated consultants available via phone, email, and live chat to provide personalised support whenever required. As such, we're concerned to hear that you felt the service was impersonal and would welcome the opportunity to better understand your experience.
We're also sorry that the product did not deliver the value you were expecting. The Chico Exhaust Fan 150mm White with Humidity Sensor and Timer is one of our most popular products and a consistent best seller, however we appreciate that every customer's needs and expectations are different.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value all customer comments and will ensure your product feedback is passed on to the manufacturer for their consideration.

We're sorry to hear that the Chico Exhaust Fan did not meet your expectations in terms of value. We understand that professionals who regularly install a wide range of products often have specific preferences based on performance, availability, and cost.
While the Chico range has proven to be a popular choice for many customers and remains one of our best-selling exhaust fan ranges, we appreciate that different applications and customer requirements can lead to different assessments of a product's value.
We also understand that product availability is an important consideration for both tradespeople and homeowners, and we're sorry that the lead time contributed to your dissatisfaction.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We value comments from industry professionals and will ensure your feedback is passed on to the manufacturer for their consideration.
